WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN OUR COACHES:

We are committed to providing the best experience for our athletes, and that starts with having the right people in place to guide them. Here's what we're looking for in coaches who join the Country Fire Volleyball family:

Passion for Volleyball and Coaching: You don’t just play the game; you love teaching the game! You’re passionate about helping players grow their skills, understand the game better, and enjoy the process of becoming a stronger athlete.
Experience and Knowledge of the Game: Whether you have years of experience coaching or are relatively new to coaching, we value individuals who bring a strong understanding of volleyball fundamentals, techniques, and strategies. Experience working with athletes of various skill levels is a plus, but a strong desire to learn and improve is key.
Strong Communication Skills: Coaching is as much about communication as it is about instruction. You should be able to clearly explain techniques, provide constructive feedback, and foster an environment where athletes feel supported and motivated.
Commitment to Athlete Development: Our athletes are at the center of everything we do. As a coach at Country Fire Volleyball, you will have the opportunity to help them grow not only as volleyball players but also as individuals who embody leadership, discipline, and resilience.
Team Player Attitude: At Country Fire, we value collaboration. Our coaching staff works together to ensure our athletes receive consistent, high-quality coaching. A cooperative attitude is essential for success both on and off the court.

COACHING OPPORTUNITIES:

We offer various coaching opportunities at Country Fire Volleyball, ranging from team coaches to specialized skill instructors. Whether you’re looking to coach a specific age group or assist with a developmental program, we have a place for you.

Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches: Work directly with one of our age-based teams (Embers, Sparks, Flames, Blaze, Fire) to develop player skills, implement training sessions, and lead your team through practices and competitions.
Skills Trainers and Specialists: Help athletes develop in specific areas such as serving, passing, setting, attacking, blocking, and defense. These roles offer the opportunity to focus on fine-tuning individual skills while working within the broader team framework.
Volleyball Camps and Clinics Coaches: If you are passionate about developing athletes in a camp or clinic setting, we offer seasonal opportunities for coaches to work with athletes of all skill levels in short-term training environments.
Strength and Conditioning Coaches: For coaches with expertise in fitness and conditioning, we are always looking for professionals to help athletes improve their physical performance and prevent injury.
