VolleyFit™ is a fitness program specifically designed for volleyball players. Many middle and high school volleyball fitness programs are very general in nature, believing in repetitive exercises and excessive running. VolleyFit™ focuses on working the main muscles used when playing volleyball. Some of the specific areas VolleyFit™ helps strengthen include: legs, shoulders and core. We also teach how to do the exercises in proper form and with proper weight minimizing the risk of injury while maximizing improvements in vertical jump, attack, speed and overall volleyball performance.
VolleyFit™ sessions are one hour long and are conducted in the VolleyBarn located in Liberty Hill, Texas.
